- The compilation of the Pre-Construction Phase Plan
- The co-ordination of any design development that may affect the planning and management of the construction phase.
- The compilation of information for the Health and Safety File
In addition we will provide advice and assistance to Clients on:
- Ensuring that adequate arrangements are in place for managing the project
- Notifying HSE about the project
- Appointing competent designers and contractors
- Managing the flow of health and safety information between Clients, designers and contractors
- Advising the Client on the suitability of the Construction Phase Plan and the arrangements to ensure suitable welfare facilities are made available
- Locating the information needed by designers and contractors and advising the Client if surveys must be commissioned
- Producing a relevant up to date Health and Safety File which is suitable for future use at the end of the Construction Phase
