The findings documented in our Home Survey reports are both accurate and informative, providing detailed descriptions and extensive photographic evidence of any defects that have been identified along with advice and recommendations deemed necessary. In addition to our survey, we schedule a call with the purchaser shortly after our inspection of the property to discuss our initial findings and highlight any areas of concern. We find that this provides our clients with useful insight into what will be included within our report and demonstrates our commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Level 2 Home Survey

This type of survey is suitable for most conventional properties which are in reasonable condition. The survey aims to provide our clients with professional advice to:
  • make a reasoned and informed decision on whether to go ahead with buying the property
  • take into account any repairs or replacements the property needs, and
  • consider what further advice you should take before committing to purchasing the property
A simple ‘traffic light’ rating is used to clearly identify the condition of the property as follows:

1. Elements where no repair is currently needed.
2. Elements that require attention but are not serious or urgent
3. Elements that require urgent attention

Includes all of the features of the Level 2 Home Survey, as well as professional advice to help our clients to make an informed decision on what is a reasonable price to pay for the property.
